"When my sister and I were adopted from India as little girls, we didn't own many things - but we had small gold bangles around our wrists. I hadn't thought about those bangles until last year when I gave birth to Nala. I Couldn't stop thinking about them & reached out to my sister-in-law in Sri Lanka to see if she could find some that looked the same. I only remembered a few details of the design- gold bangles with tiny teal leaves. My sister-in-law hired the most amazing jeweller in Sri Lanka who worked with me for a few months to design the perfect baby bangles for Nala's FIRST birthday!. They are stunning and so deeply meaningful. I love that God reminded me of those bangles and that my faint memory of them could become a gift for my baby girl.
